How is my personal data managed?

Personal data is stored securely while the account is active and may be permanently deleted after account deactivation, unless required otherwise by law.

Can Engage Hive modify these terms?

Yes. Engage Hive reserves the right to update these terms, and important changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Engage Hive platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions described below.

2. Service Description

Engage Hive is a platform for automated scheduling of posts on Facebook and Instagram. Services include: AI content generation, post scheduling, team collaboration, analytics, media management, and social account integration via Meta API.

3. Eligibility

Users must be at least 16 years old and use the platform for legal purposes only. Fake accounts or abuse of the API may lead to suspension.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the platform to publish illegal, violent, discriminatory content or content violating Meta policies.
You agree to keep login data confidential and not share your account with third parties.

5. Service Limitations

The platform depends on Meta APIs and third-party services. We do not guarantee continuous operation in case of external interruptions.
AI generation is offered as assistance, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of the generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

All graphics, source code, structure, and content of Engage Hive are protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse the platform without written permission.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Plans are limited and may be improved or modified without prior notice.
Payments are made monthly through secure partners (e.g. Stripe).
Non-payment results in account suspension without data loss.

8. Content Publishing Rules

The user is fully responsible for any message, text, image, video or other content uploaded, scheduled or published through Engage Hive.

The user guarantees full ownership of all materials used, including copyrights, image rights, trademarks, and third-party permissions.
It is strictly forbidden to publish or schedule content that:
- violates applicable law (local, national or international);
- violates social media platform policies (e.g. Meta, Instagram);
- contains hate, discrimination, defamation, violence, pornography, nudity, explicit or abusive content;
- violates the rights of other individuals or entities.
Engage Hive does not actively monitor published user content. If we receive reports or official requests regarding content, we reserve the right to:
- suspend or restrict the involved account;
- block publication or delete the concerned content;
- collaborate with the authorities according to legal obligations.
By accepting these terms, the user releases Engage Hive from any liability for damages caused by the user's own published content.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Important changes will be announced via email or in-platform notifications.

11. Limitation of Liability

Engage Hive provides software services for social media post scheduling and automation. The platform does not guarantee business success, campaign results or follower growth.

We cannot be held responsible for:

service interruptions caused by third parties (e.g. Meta API, Facebook/Instagram instability);
changes in social media policies or features that may affect platform operation;
data losses caused by technical errors not attributable to us;
any indirect, commercial, reputational or financial damages resulting from platform use.

The user accepts to use the platform "as-is", with all inherent risks of SaaS applications connected to third-party services.

12. Data Storage and Deletion

Scheduling, posts, media files, connected accounts and settings are stored on Engage Hive servers as long as the user account is active.

Upon account deactivation or deletion, associated data may be permanently deleted, except where applicable law requires retention for a limited period.

13. Third-party Services and Integrated Providers

Engage Hive uses third-party infrastructure and services for technical components such as:

server and database hosting: waspohost.com;
media and video storage & delivery: Bunny.net, waspohost.com;
AI content generation: OpenRouter and AI processing partners;
video processing, transcoding and media optimization;
payment and invoicing services: Stripe;
social network integration: Meta Platforms API (Facebook, Instagram);
email infrastructure, notifications, and communications (e.g. SMTP, email providers);
other technical services necessary for platform functionality and security.

Third-party providers are selected to meet reasonable standards of security, confidentiality and availability. Engage Hive is not responsible for temporary unavailability, errors or failures of these external services.
